Gift shop and ticket office

The Gift Shop and Ticket Office, share the same space in the centre of the building opposite the tour meeting location.  This is in the main precinct, further down the road from Caves House, towards the Grand Arch.

The Ticket Office is where you can purchase tickets on arrival. We do however recommend pre-booking tickets to avoid disappointment.  If you haven’t purchased a ticket prior to arriving our friendly staff can assist you to see what the best available option for your group is.

The Gift Shop has many lovely items, including souvenirs, crystals, clothing, historical books and a limited range of toiletry items if you’ve forgotten yours. Make sure to stop by to take home something as a reminder of your adventure to Jenolan Caves.
