And best of all - the Victorian-themed fancy dress dinner & ball! Become a 19th century lady or gentleman, and dance the night away in atmospheric Caves House - how scandalous!

Tempting offer - during the whole festival, all accommodation will be at 'low season' prices, even the weekends!

Have you seen the glorious Mayfield Garden?  You might not have heard much about it yet.  Mayfield is no ordinary garden. It is one of the largest privately owned cool climate gardens in the world - acre after acre of perfection - truly eye-popping!  Photos don't do it justice - you have to see it with your own eyes!

Mayfield Garden (about half an hour from the caves, near Oberon) is rarely open to the public.  However, you can visit on May 1, 2, 8, 9, 15 & 16 only.  Miss out and you will have to wait until next spring.  Enjoy a weekend of wonders - the 'Phantoms of the Underworld' festival and the delightful Mayfield Gardens.
