The 'Gate House Flat' contains a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. There are shared bathroom facilities on each floor and two common rooms, each with television and food preparation facilities. These rooms are perfect for large families (on a budget) or for schools, corporate groups or backpackers. However, singles or couples can occupy rooms on their own. Each room is occupied only by the guests making the booking - you are never obliged to share a room. It is self-contained - you can bring and prepare your own food or eat in Chisolm's Grand Dining Room (breakfast & dinner) or in the cafe (lunch). Bed linen and towels can be provided, for an additional charge. However, you can bring your own sleeping bag if you prefer. Note that the Gatehouse rooms are not headed.
