Accommodation If you cancel your accommodation booking: 14 or more days before your arrival, we charge a cancellation fee, $25. less than 14 days before your arrival, either: we can transfer your whole deposit to our holding account, for you to use for another booking within 6 months or your whole deposit will be lost 24 hours or less before your arrival (or if you do not arrive at all), you lose your whole deposit and one night room rate will be charged. Cave tours If you cancel your cave tour booking more than half an hour before the start of the tour, we can transfer your payment to our holding account, for you to use for another booking within 6 months. If you fail to turn up for a cave tour, or turn up after the scheduled start time, there are no tranfers or refunds on prepaid cave tickets, including concerts.
